Prices
A very simple pricing structure applies, with the best rates only available for people booking direct. The accommodation can be booked for sole use by a large group or per person basis for last minute bookings
Sole use for a group of upto 20 people is £360 per night (except New Year)
Additional people in the group upto a total of 32 are £17.50 per person per night.
Individuals and small groups mid week during school term time is £20 per person per night.
I only accept bookings from individuals or small groups on a per person basis at a weekend as a last minute booking. £20 per person per night.
All beds have a fitted sheet and pillowcases supplied as standard for those who want to bring sleeping bags.
The showers, central heating, electricity even a supply of logs for the fire are all included in the price. Guests need to bring their own towels with them.
All of the rooms are large enough to also fit a travelling cot in, two travelling cots and a high chair are available free of charge.
** Minimum Stays **
Weekend booking – except for last minute bookings minimum of 2 nights. Only sole use bookings accepted more than a month in advance.
New Year booking - only sole use bookings accepted. No bookings for new year are accepted more than 13 months in advance, minimum of 4 night stay.

Booking indicates acceptance of conditions of use
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to confirm the booking, with the balance of the total fee due one month before the arrival date. For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date the full payment is required on booking. Please note that all payments received are non-refundable. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings when the balance has not been paid when due.
Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card, paypal or bank transfer.
