Accommodation for Small Groups and Individuals
A maximum of a month in advance the bookings are accepted from small groups and individuals on a per person basis.

A modern fully equipped self catering kitchen, contains saucepans and facilities to cook small portions as well as for a large group. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped to commercial standards, with 2 sinks, 2 cookers, large fridge, microwave and toasters, as well as all the pots, pans and crockery and storage you will need so that there is space for more than one person or small group to cook at the same time.
The dining area is large enough to allow guests to either have individual tables or to share tables as they prefer.
40 foot by 20 foot living room, with a log burner for winter evenings to add to the friendly social atmosphere. Books, Videos and DVDs as well as a TV and stereo are provided. The most popular piece of furniture is the table football. Guests often re-arrange the furniture to meet their needs, moving card tables and chess boards or settees around to meet their individual needs..
There are seven bedrooms in total containing between them 10 double and 12 single beds. One of the bedrooms is downstairs. The bedrooms range between a double room and family size rooms containing bunkbeds. Bedrooms are allocated so that individuals and small groups do not have to share a bedroom with strangers.
Three bedrooms each containing 2 double beds and 2 singles. One bedroom containing a double bed and 3 singles. One bedrooms containing a double and two single beds. One bedroom containing a double and a single bed. Finally one bedroom with just a double bed.
Underfloor heating throughout with individual themostatic contols for each room ensures you can always determine the temperature inside if not outside.
4 shower rooms with plenty of piping hot water – great after a day in the forest. 4 separate toilets/with hand basins.
Drying room which allows you to at least start the day dry! Large outdoor washdown area for bikes, horses and muddy children of all ages.
Lockable storage for cycles. Lockable storage for saddles or other tack and small paddocks available for visiting horses.
Front door keycode lock gives guests 24 hour access and peace of mind. No curfew, no membership required.
Plenty of parking on a hard surface.
